Agree with Luskan on the oats, but to add more bulk choose the rolled oats variety. Mas lami pa gyud. Problem with instant oats is it still has high glycemic index in other words it gets converted to starch as fast as white rice. Rolled oats on the other hand is very high in fiber so it will keep you full far longer than white rice or instant oats. Simply drink water after a few hours and you will feel full again.
For Omega 3 benefit you can add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed to your oats. It adds a nutty flavor to your oats.
