as for dress code, ako sad mismo musulod sa simbahan nga naka short lang, depende kung unsa akong feel nga isul ob. it doesnt matter to me, really. kay sa akong pagtuo wala man namili ang Ginoo ug tao nga nakapantalon jud or tao nga nindot ug sinina.

kids definitely.. i think they should not be brought to to church if they cant be controlled. church is not a playground

I definitely agree. Been to a church in Auckland, NZ where they have a solution to this. At the onset of the mass- all the kids are brought to the altar to be blessed by the officiating priest. Then there was this woman who brought all the children to the rectory where they will all stay for the duration of the mass. The children were being read bible stories there and were only allowed back with the parents just before the blessing/end of the mass. We had a most peaceful and solemn mass.
I wish the churches here will also do the same. What do you think? Will this work here in our city/country?

our church here (somewhere in japan) sometimes hold mass just for children..in this way, gospels and readings were interpreted in such a way that would let kids understand..

as for churches in the phils., i think they should implement this one but quite impossible..the problem is that we have big churches that accommodate a large number of churchgoers (adults & kids combined), leading to limited space..and if kids are grouped together, they tend to play and make too much noise...

i think the parents should be responsible in controlling their kids while in mass..

I think these idea will work kung buhaton lang sa church leaders (ipa implement ba), but I just dont know if they will really do it kay kabalo naman ka 99% sa pinoy walay disiplina.

nakatry ko simba diri sa usa ka simbahan diri japan... grabe ka hilom... kidz are placed in a separateroom (glassed room) para dili makadisturbo... no food or drinks inside... naa pa dyud mo guide nimo where to sit...
