always empty recycle bin..

limit programs that run when windows starts..

partition into 2 drives (OS+file drive)

install deepfreeze on OS drive

40 GB... I think you have to buy a new HDD.

before you buy ... try to fdisk your 40GB and isolate.

try viruscan, spywares, defrag, disable start up programs and programs running in the backround that are useless. mupaspas na na. pero if ur not contented, reformat nalang para fresh.
