for PAL to have its pilots stay, they'd have to do quite a bit of work. the company has to increase wages, upgrade its facilities, better aircraft maintenance, and be more professional with their dealings toward clients.

the pilots were just being practical in transferring from our airline to foreign airline companies..the reason is money..same skills are applied BUT of higher compensation and (perhaps) benefits..

that's why there suppposedly regulatory boards/commissions for each country. i understand that it is the choice of every person but just imagine if nobody will regulate it?!

an australian guy (our tandem master) thought of buying private a/c and wants me to fly it... the problem now is if i reinstate my license, it'll take months before i get back flying. ... that long!!! grrr
now... i'm working on papers... going abroad... hehee
