well the worst is not washing at all... well with water lang... ako gamit kay soap and water..

i am using cetaphil cleanser for the face. I've read in cosmo that what is good for all skin types are non-soap based cleansers. Cetaphil is one of them as well as Nivea Gel because dili sila harsh sa skin. If you are into expensive things, there's VMV. But I am currently using cetaphil and I like it.
