nah, layo pa na sa tinood. but i foresee cebu to be a vibrant and improved city in the coming years, with a culture on its own but still retaining the true beauty of a filipino city.

Well... because sa blessing in disguise nga support ni GMA, murag mao sad ang isa sa mga major factors.... pero i think kaya nato.... d only thing lang is the kind of government nga naa sa manila...... kay d man ta autonomous nga maka decide unsay dapat buhaton..... naa may mga "politics" procedures nga dapat sundon....
