Try also to avoid PC stores like CBX and PCxpress that first ask your payment before they show you the item, because they will not return your money anymore once you handed it over. And on some incident they will give you used or low quality items.

as consumers we should be vigilant in buying. inspect, check, ask, warranty..etc. before anything. thanks for the info.
I think daqs check the item physically but he then later knew that the FW and region coding was already altered. FW and SW were not checked coz most of the times when we buy items we really don't test it on the store especially when it is still enclosed in a box.Originally Posted by wikki
