The legal successor according to the constitution, the VP. it is not a question of whether ganahan majority or not. Then in case all the constitutional successors of Arroyo agree not to succeed her in case she resigns (w/c i doubt if mo.refuse esp. c Noli..LOL), then Snap election. Even if I don't agree with Noli, we must follow the hierarchy. Should the people feel that Noli is like GMA, then by all means, ask for his resignation also.

It is also common knowledge that both events became successful because they were heavily supported by the military through their "withdrawal of support" from Marcos and Erap accordingly. No amount of effort by the citizenry will prosper without the support of the Armed Forces.

I am for GMA's resignation IF all these allegations are proven in the court of law. however, to establish probable cause, there must be enough evidence just short of proving guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

BUT no matter what happens in the days and months to come, most of us here have already experienced this type of political uncertainty since 1986: Marcos, Cory, Ramos, Erap and now Gloria.

Without any concrete solution or action, common sense tells me that, this would just be another vicious cycle of uncertainty in the next decades or century to come.

After this political crisis is over and done with, what's the master plan Philippines?
Can we have balkanization of this [insert your favorite English expletive here] Philippine Islands? Besides, I am sick of their grandstanding. There are plenty of laws to be passed for the development of the regions OTHER THAN Metro Manila.

This is not a legal battle. This is a moral battle and evidence in a court of law is irrelevant because it is difficult to prove a bribery. No briber will ever sign a document. so we will just call the "court of law" irrelevant because you can't prove your "allegations"? what kind of rationalization is that?

so we will just invent another court, a "court of morality" so we can convict someone their "guilt"? is that what you're saying?

Let us strip all the pretensions of those people who would use the courts of law to solve the issue. Apparently, it is a legitimate call but actually is an attempt to defeat the moral battle that the Filipinos are waging.

what Filipinos? the 80,000 who were present last night in Makati? what about the rest of the 75 million Filipinos? so we'll not consider their views? how sure are you that majority of them don't want this allegations to be proven in the court of law? so we'll just listen to what you and the 80,000 are saying? or we'll just let you decide for the rest of the 75 million Filipinos?

you're even the minority here, a forum consisting of 30,000 members. how much more for the rest of the 75 million Filipinos?

The administration has all the resources to thwart the seeking of truth and justice in legal arena and we have witnessed how many times they used technicalities to frustrate the ends of justice from the failed impeachment to EO 464.

    you're just sour-graping. shed a tear.

The stink of corruption of this administration can no longer be removed by any legal cleanser or deodorizer.

you know my stand, let them do this in the court of law. if you don't agree, then go ahead invent your so-called "court of morality".
Shut Up! Let your GAME do the talking!
