Zahir is much bigger than even Morales. Morales has to go up heavier to face Zahir. Pacquiao's weight is not even a natural 130 lbs. To go up to the weight category of Zahir will make Pacquiao sluggish as what it did to Morales when he lost to Zahir. I think what's best for Pacam is to beat Marco Antonio for the title. Then allow for a rematch with either Morales or Marquez and beat them. Then retire a millionaire.
