If this case is only settings problem try it by your self (trial and error). To print the settings, while pressing power switch hold the font button (load continuous paper) it will print the default settings mode. Just read and understand the steps. Change the Auto Line Feed settings if nothing goes change proceed to Tear Off settings, Page Length settings etc.

    dili man bro...Font Button + Operate = dili mo print...Tear off + Operate =dli mo print...ang LF/FF and Load/Eject + Operate = mo print sya...
    i tried this one:
THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL PERMANENTLY ALTER THE TOP OF FORM SETTING

    1) Load In A Form or Paper into the Printer
    2) Lift the printer cover up and off the printer ( Smoke colored plastic piece on top of printer )
    3) Hold down the PAUSE Button for about 3 seconds
The pause light starts flashing and the printer enters micro-adjustment mode
    A) Press the LF/FF Button to move the paper up, or
    B) Press the Load/Eject Button to move the paper down
    4) Press the PAUSE Button to exit micro-adjust mode
    5) Put the printer cover back on the printer
    ...but to no luck...

I think this is the answer of your problem just press the Load/Eject Button several times or equivalent to 1/2inch then press the pause button to store the change of settings.. turn-off your printer then test.. hope will work.
