Sorry eyespeek, for the stupid suggestion .. but if your really want to start clean .. "this is only my opinion okay" format first your hardrive before you start installing best spyware or antivirus software... its like goin to a date , you need to take a bath before wearing new clothes and go to date, if you not u deep inside of u smell stinks ..

Yup you're right inspector_ronan but being an IT person formatting the hard drive is our last option always. We have some tools and utilities to apply 1st b4 we decide to make format. It's just like a Doctor 1st he need to make diagnosis to the patient before making operation if necessary.
