i also encountered a similar kind of error before. my 200GB seagate hdd sometimes can't be read or runs very slow. i have tried the seagate disc wizard but it did not find any problem. so, i returned the HDD to PCX for warranty and seagate replaced it with a 250GB HDD. so, my point is kung naa pa na warranty pailisi na lang na og new rather hassle yourself...

yeah naa pa man warranty. ako e balik sa ako gi palitan ok ra man nya. mai gani 5 yrs ang warranty prob is ang important files naa did2 sayang kaayo wa nako na back up.

wow pagkamahal pero disc ang charge 1500, mahal pa kai sa palit bag-o hard disc. sayang d ma pilian ang pwede save. but thanx. huna2x-on nako if kaya budget

akong gi balik sa gi palitan. ila daw suwayan og retrieve ang files pero wa daw klaro. murag ilisan nalang daw nila. if ablihan pud nako, ma wa man ang warranty sayang pud kaayo. but thanx for the info.

Maybe naay something wrong sa wiring sa pc nimu or sa hard drive..
