you need to have a personal appearance, for them to make sure that 1) it is really you as account owner and not any bogus person and 2) if you really are committed nga imong ipa activate balik ang imong account... kay kung mo sugot ang banks ug proxy, basin daghan ming mo post as you.... HTH

morag dormant account jud. pwede rana ma reactivate but you need to visit the bank kay naa man ka fillupan nasad nga form unya bayad nasad ka reactivation fee, dili jud kaayo ko sure ha kung mao ba gihapon ang process pero ka try ko ani before sa akong landbank.
