What does this mean exactly? No one is allowed to have more than 3 topics/threads in the first page alone or no one is allowed to have more than 3topics/threads in the first 2 or 3 pages; which do you mean, just to verify.

only applies to the first page which basically means that you should only bump 3 threads at one time.

No more than 3 threads on the first page of any Buy / Sell subforums. You can have a million threads on the succeeding pages if you want to.

I agree to this, I noticed sa clothing, shoes and accessories kai tibuok page was occupied by only one member lol! I thought of summarizing it unto one thread like "COMCAM's closet" and place everything what the member is selling

We will be cleaning up Buy / Sell in the next few days / weeks starting 9/27/2008. Anyone found using multiple accounts will be banned and infractions will be given to anyone violating our rules. Furthermore, after the cleanup, no one will be allowed to have 3 topics at the first pages at any one time. FYI.
