I agree that we should have heed to the positions of these Supreme Court Justices that are in SET, but we also need to understand that this is not purely judicial issue, this is also political. Thats why SET are not only comprised of judicial bodies. This means that a foundling may not be constitutionally natural-born but politically he is and has to right to run any position in the government. Imagine a person can not run a president because he is just a foundling. It has great implications on the future.

hay, i agree it's sounds depressing jud na kung kinsa pa tong mga associate justices nga mas nakahibaw bahin aning balaod ma pay na pildi. we'll. it just happened that SET members have the "political prospect" who voted on what their sides kunuhay, & so is Nancy Binay compared to other senators.

for the sake of discussion lang, then i think for the matter or any case alike this, murag bati nga ang SET muhimo sa decision. mas maayo kung sa SC na jud siguro.

    • Pia Cayetano

    • Cynthia Villar
    • Paolo Benigno Aquino IV

So meaning, OUR Senators, the so called MAMBABATAS are now far more knowledgeable than our LAW INTERPRETERS?
    Sus!,,

current JUSTICES pa gyud ang gipildi huh?

Well, for me, the decision was just fair. It's far better than those decisions allowing Enrile to bail out of detention, letting the plunderers still hold public office (you know who), etc., etc.

She has done more in the Senate than those who had already grown roots in there. I'm not rooting for her but at least we have choices of presidential candidates without a single stain of corruption.

Let the people decide. There are far more important things than this brouhaha.

bitw, dili mn ko mkiglalis pero atleast unta pwed ka mobalik ug basa sa post.

Again, its not about the candidacy or kahadlok nga modaug c pOe.. Its how senators think that they know more than the legit law interpreters..
By that means, therefore,(simple ra gyud kaau), we should NOT vote these type of people. period.

So, walay candidacy or kahadlok nga modaug c Poe ani nga topic ha..? basa2 lgi pud gmay..

ky feeling nko maayo mn ka ug suggestion and opinion, out of topic lng..
