ok pud naa coding boss while mag himo cla ordinance nga e limt ang car population in the long-term.
k feel nko dli enough ang coding lng.....k ang mahitabo ana coding k....katong "super-can afford" mo palit napud lain car nga dli affected sa coding in 1-2 months pag implement sa coding....katong mga "can afford" mag hulat pa pila ka months to 1 year pra naa kwarta palit lain car nga dli affected sa coding....
sa mga car dealer sales pitch......"boss palit new car boss k na coding man imong usa ka car, so palit ika 2 nga mka lusot sa coding"
ang coding gamitong sales pitch pra mo palit ika 2/3 nga car nyahahaah
in the long run, ang mga tao nga can-afford mka own japon ug sakyanan nga magamit kada-adlaw![]()
mo daghan no.on samot ang car population![]()
mass maayo coding and at the same time i-limit ang nagdagan nga sakyanan sa roads.
naa sad kay punto diri da, mao sad mas mudaghan ang registered vehicles. tsk.... pero at least murag ma lessen gamay ang sakyanan sa kadalanan if mag coding, while nag huwat sa rules nga limit ang mga sakyanan jud... damgo nlng ta taman ani.![]()
Imagine a Jeepney with TV, Aircondition, Electric fan, clean and smoke-free. No more "Sensilyo sa Buntag" because you only need a card, cashless system.
Imagine no more!
PUV Modernization is coming to Cebu very soon. Star 8 solar technology company visits PA Michael Dino the day after the successful launch of the PUV Modernization in Tacloban City.
The PUV modernization project is the first in the world and first in the Philippines.
This is the mandate of President Rodrigo Duterte to modernize PUV in the Philippines, OPAV will champion this project in the Visayas for DOTr and LTFRB.

I have always wondered why the number coding scheme hasn't been implemented here in Ubec like in MNL? For sure ma-lessen gyud ang mga sakyanan everyday. I'm not saying it's gonna solve the traffic situation Cebu pero at least magamyan ang volume sa sakyanan sa dalan.

Coding is not the solution nor a band aid solution. Cebu roads are quiet limited unlike Manila that has so many road networks.
IMO, replace oplok politicians like Rama and Osmena. We need a new breed of leaders in Cebu. We're so used to these names but are they able to fix our problems? We have gotten to a point that our leaders are more busy fighting than solving our problems, busy doing Facebook while ignoring the bigger issues.
Because of political reasons and for political survival, our leaders have a way of rejecting good proposal to fix our transportation because it is not credited to him or something. There's no synergy in our govt and that's always the case if we have a vindictive and hawod mayor.
So many times Cebuanos are fooled by our current leader like Flooding issues, and now BRT? When will that happen? it is not even a fix for our woes. We dont want LRT? Why because its expensive or its not credited to him?
There are many willing private companies who will do a feasibility study and help the city fix its transportation woes but did you see any positive reaction by our leaders? Not so.
The only way to fix our problem is mass transportation, create new road networks, create space for walking and bike lanes. Cebu is a Walkable + Bikeable city, the problem is, Filipinos doesnt like to walk because they dont wanna get tanned or its hot. But ive seen cities built a walkways like in Makati that has shades and that is one of the solution to decrease traffic + bike lanes. Most cities in Europe esp downtown are for walking and closed to traffic and its been effective too.
Gone are the days can Cebuanos say that i hate Manila because its traffic and chaotic, Cebu is at par with Manila. Millions are living in Cebu but the infrastructure and vision of our leaders are nowhere to be seen. So sad realities.
