    No! LOL ngano dili manka mukaon? our bodies are designed for survival, if you don't feed it, it will slow your metabolism dili mawala imo fat. Kay mkaingon man imo lawas oi walay pagkaon so dili nako iUse akong stored fat para i can survive the days ahead. Pagpanihapon nimo istore jud niya na as fat para naa sya gamiton sa "hibernation period" nimo. Our bodies are damn witty! very! Nya mgGym pajud ka! sus makuyapan nya ka didto sa bodytone hehehe. my advise: eat healthy, small and frequent. mukusog imo metabolism ana.

    skipping meals is one of the MOST if not the WORST thing you could do to your body... gi explain na ni sir Onis why... and also you won't see much progress when your working out empty

    Disiplina ang kinahanglan.

    Eat more meals at lesser amounts. So if anad mokaon ug two cups of rice per meal 3 times a day, make it 1 cup of rice per meal, 6 meals per day. :mrgreen:

    Exercise regularly, and regularly means not twice or thrice a month.

    Don't follow a specific exercise routine regularly. the body will get used to it in time, thus the metabolism won't be high once the body gets used to it. Exercise randomly.

    Eat right. Say goodbye to those fatty and calorie rich foods. Reduce alcohol intake and stop smoking. Stop means stop, not moderately. After all, dugay dugay na man pud ta nag enjoy ana, it's time to get rid of those fats and start to live a healthy lifestyle.

    ^^The very basic rule, do some cardio exercise to get rid of those fats, lift some weights to bulk up, and limit and watch your diet.
