we are not comparing it to the series... (coz clearly they're incomparable) we are just suggesting them to see other options for them to gather evidence by getting ideas from those tv series... because it seems they don't have any other option. klaru ra kaau nag tinapol..

because their stupidity is so alarming. countries are now looking at this for sure. and laughing at our justice system and how bunch of asinine police officers handle cases that needs solid evidence rather than 100 witnesses. witnesses are just their to identify the culprit. the police needs to gather evidence that will link them to the crime first before they can say the case is closed.

you didn't watch those series so you don't know what we are talking about probably.. LOL

here's what the police did not do.

1) Requested the Media from publishing the identities of the suspects or maybe more appropriately allowing the media to print their faces on the local dailies and TV rendering POLICE line ups futile. Or embarassing the couple facing the risk of being sued for some counter claims.

2) Verifying the alibis of the couple ASAP before the media even disclosed it to the public.
Police didn't check the WATERFRONT hotel as divulged by the hotel's PRO. Media people were the one who verified the couple's alibi that they checked in on the day of the abduction.

3) Verified the BANK, the Norwegian School and the CAR Rental company where the couple rented a sedan toyota vios not an SUV.

4) Suspects are still Suspects thus they are not convicted criminals (yet) so they still have their right to privacy.
Securing a Court Order to view the Notebook/Lap Tap should have been done with certain guidelines so both parties can safeguard interests while maintaining the couple's privacy.
A neutral entity could do the job to insure nothing will be deleted nor added to be used as evidence.

5) Reconstructed the scene of the crime (abduction) so they can verify how far or how close were the witnesses to verify the possibilities of mistaken identities.

The defense can bring at least 10 different caucassians who looks the same with the sketch but they are just all afraid to be detained too. They are all afraid the "children" will say they ALL abducted the victim.

and they parading them around like they are already guilty and all they have is witness testimony. they should get physical evidence first before doing these kinds of things, basig maulawan nasad ta.. or worse basig mapriso ang mga walay sala.
