mas visible ang Skywalk compared to the Zebra Lines or sa Pedestrian Lines.
So ang mga motorists maka kita ug Skywalk mo menor dayun kay for sure duna mo tabok sa ilalum sa skywalk.... hehehe.
If i were to manage the City i will prioritize always the safety of my contrituents. and I will force them to use whatever infra built for them.
kadaut diri kay daghan kaayo ug arthritison dili mo gamit sa Skywalk kay cge kaon ug Lansiao, Balbacua, Bakasi, Tungol, Dinuguan, Sisig, Ginabot, Sha-e, Paklay ug uban pa. hehehe

putting the blame is not the point of our discussions i think ... but rather what will the present government do with the white elephants called skywalks ... i believe that putting escalators will vastly improve its use and the SAFETY of my Mandaue's taxpayers ...
i think the GOOD Mayor knows there are other concerns for my Mandaue ... but improving the utility of those inutile skywalks ... and therefore improving SAFETY and the convenience of my Mandaue's taxpayers ... is a GOOD idea ... don't you agree ...?
