I could just remember when I was still an agent back in 2004, among all the employees (call center), I was chosen na pa barge(listen) si Mar Roxa in one my calls to promote outsourcing here in Cebu.

Look what happened now.

OFW's can return and new graduates doesn't have to leave the country.
Plus the revenue we are getting from outsourcing is BIG and will/or has surpassed the amount generated by the OFW's.

I'm proud of Mar.
There is nothing wrong/shameful if you are working in a call center.
