mga idol. naa koy unsolicited tips sa pier fishing.. ni work ni nako over the years. testingi basin mu work ninyu..
1. use 1/0 -2/0 circle hooks.. (use bottom fishing rig- line,sinker,barrels swivel,leader then hook)
2. get budboron,squid head or tuloy as bait (dapat fresh, kanang ok nimo ma kilaw, mao na ang fresh)
3. for budboron and tuloy , weave hook and leader thru the eyes and hook the back of the bait, cut the tail of. ayaw pag tinihik sa bait mga idol. the bigger the bait, the bigger the fish.
4. for squid head, just puncture the eye of the squid with your hook. the barb must be exposed.
5. line nimo mga 15lb-25lbs. leader mga 25lbs.
6. i suggest mga 7pm mag fishing until 7am para pier fishing. para dili na init ang water.
7. drop your rig sa bottom, do NOT move your rig. check every 15min or 20min depende unsa kadaghan crab mu kit2 sa imo bait. kung inig check nimo, na bunkag imo bait, change bait naka. ayaw pag tinihik. importante ang presentation sa bait.
8. kung naay fish mu pull sa imo bait...ayaw over react and check dayun... be patient enough to wait for the big strike. kung dili big strike sagdii lang, nag check2 rana ang fish.
9. LAST. kung mag duda ka fish ba to or dili ni pull sa imo bait==the answer is dili to fish..i assure you, kung fish gani ni bite, dili naka mag duda duda pa...

no need for fishing license not unless mag commercial fishing ka
yan need ka na cguro license but if its just sport fishing using rod and reel no need

no need man siguro ug license, di man tan ingon ana ka strict gawas kung ang imong gi pangisdaan naay tag.iya, adto lang ka mga probinsya nga duol ug dagat mangita lang ka ug spot nga naa pud nangisda pwedi na kaayo, basin lupigon raka ug simple ra nga pang pasol nylon ra ug taga.

If gusto mo practice ug pangisda nga sure naay ma kuha adto sa The Pond sa yati liloan... mga bangus lang noon. hehhe. aw dapat pud nimo bayaraan ang imong na pasol tapos sugbahon dayon, tagayan lang lingaw na.
