1.) If you want internal wellness, Ananda Marga Yoga - they are more specialized in combining yoga poses to help heal chronic body issues and internal problems of the body thus improving blood circulation, hormone secretion and imbalances.

2.) If you want toning/physically challenging yoga, try Shanti Shala Yoga (formerly Body, Mind and Well Being Inc.) near Lahug Metrobank and Suryananda Yoga Co. near Grand Convention Gorordo.

i read an article at yahoo that some doctors does not recommend yoga for some reasons..try to research nalang, cant give you the details...bsta galalis sila about the benefit of this exercise.

YogaHub is a very good place. The instructors are professional, nice environment and great flow. It's a bit expensive but you get your money's worth.
