I think cashier dapat e- call ang attention for allowing it to happen.

Also - don't you hate those people with one or two items nga gusto mosingit sa line - paluoy-luoy dayon and saying gadali sila. Kita diay- wa magdali.
I usually tell them - sugot ko singit sila if mosugot sad tanan naa sa akong likod. hehehehe

the worst experience that happpend to me was in BPI Bank...grabeh ka yagod ang mga tellers...48 years ko una naka-withdraw sa money!!!

Bank, Department of Motor Vehicles, Grocery, Airlines, anywhere...heheh.
It only makes it worse when you see the employees in these places not really caring. Some really seem to enjoy it... since they are unhappy being there, so should you.
Grrrrrr.
Those line-jumpers should not try it on me either.  If I offer... then it's okay. But you don't want to be rude and jump in front of me. Many have tried, very few have succeeded. If someone doesn't stand up, they will continue to walk all over people and feel they are more important. Not in my book, if I waited, you will too.

ang linya para mag kuha ug US Visa sa embassy sa una...it was 1999...nag linya mi from 6pm until 11am...waaaaahhh grabeh ka kapoy...hahaha bisan asa nlang mo sandig or ma tulog nga nag tindog...hahaha
