murag depende sa bundle na imo kuhaon bro..nkadungog pd ko na 5mbps for only 900 pro ang cap bandwidth ky 15GB/month..

gamaya anang 15gb per month ui. weekly tingli pwde ra.

Well, sadly, I used to be a very happy SKY Broadband subscriber in the Nasipit-Cabancalan area, but over the past few months, something happened. Now, we have to try several times before we can download a file. Sometimes, because we had to retry downloading, even a complete file is corrupted. Now YouTube videos stop playing and we have to refresh the page. Visited a nephew with only 256Kbps connection and his files downloaded FASTER and we did not have to reload YouTube videos.

Many calls to SKY have not fixed it, so I'm afraid we have no choice but to switch back to our old ISP.

i was a happy skybroadband subscriber at the start (mid of last year i think), it was fast and much better than other isps i had in the past. after several months though, just like other isps, it started to slow down and disconnections occured often. slow connection is better than 0 so it was really disappointing. starting 2 mos ago, things started to improve again. disconnections still occur sometimes but somehow i have developed my patience for that already. i am happy again with their service. customer support is lousy as ever though, but i can live with that since i only ask them to reset the connection.
