i have very limited idea when it comes to these stuffs yet very interested to learn. i'v always wanted to set-up an audio system for my old car (kanang igo ra sad nga dili kaau mka bungol...hehe) so jz dropping by to ask a few questions. which one is better? a targa or kicker sub? (i'm planning to buy a 10")..and why is a capacitor needed for tweeters?

Hey guys, tomorrow sa autobox from 1-3 p.m. naay tapok tapok gamay for mga car audio enthusiasts. It's a good venue and time to meet fellow enthusiasts pud and share tips and ask advice from some car audio judges who are in town. hoping makaadto pud mo didto.

bro, what are you asking? what are the types of connections from the hu to the amp and then from the amp to the speakers or are you asking for specific brands?

typcally RCA cables connect your head unit to your amp (brands are scoche, RF, Lightning Audio, Tsunami, Sinfoni, etc) and come in diffirent types as well, twisted pair, etc... For connections from your amp to your speakers, this would be speaker wires. the rule of thumb would be to use the largest (within reason of course) possible wires to connect the amp to your speakers for minimum resistance ensuring that what the amp puts out reaches the speakers without any power loss whatsoever.
