Yes. Basta license ECE or first class radio telephony and 2nd class radio telegraphy.

Seems that the cebu-bohol earthquake and yolanda revived people's interest in ham radio.met some inactive hams renewing their license and purchasing new rigs.

Right now i have 4 handheld (1 dual, and 3 vhf) and hopefully be able to buy a mobile base and antenna before the year ends.
