End of the World ! Prophecy or Fiction? What do you think ?

It will not be the end of the world but the end of times. The end of the world (new heaven and new earth) will be 1000 years after the end of times. I believe that the end of times will be in our generation. Many speculations says that it will be in 2012 but many visionaries where Mama Mary appeared said that we should not speculate dates but just be prepared. One thing for sure is when the time comes when there will be microchip implantation in the human body (666), the end of times will be near.
The end of time will come in two ways, the third world war and then an asteroid but still it will not be the end of the world... it is the end of times .The face of the earth will change (some nations will disappear) and nations will come back to God. There were also visionaries that saids that there will be a three days of darkness during these end of times

The Church does not oblige us to believe in any particular prophecy as a matter of faith, but we are indeed obliged to believe that prophecies may be made even in our own times, for this is in the Gospel: the Holy Ghost will speak to many in the Latter Days.

Do you know why Mayan Calendar ends in 2012?
It's because "whoever" this evil god(s) they worship including Satan will be cast down to the bottomless pit and it will be the end of times. Jesus will reign for 1000 years and man will sin again(Satan will be released)... and then it will be the end of the world (The new heaven and new earth and our spirit will be resurrected with our body).

But again... we should not speculate dates. It's not about the end of times/world... it is about how prepared are we in facing our Creator.

i saw the documentary there is nothing there that tells the world is ending its just their predictions ended at dec 12 2012, like its the end of a rotation of the real calendar of life just like the mellinium bug back in 1999 where everyone though computers will stop working coz its year will go back to 00. but look what happened the computers continued there job for us....

if the world is ending so be it we can do nothing about saving our own ass....and for what good reason we should know about the world ending? it would only bring chaos... i would totally believe that someday earth will cross path with an asteroid big enough to crush earth into pieces...thats a real possibility not the second coming 666 or what ever 2012 stuff....AMEN

The world will end and its not a prophecy nor a fiction, just like any other planets out there, just like a star that vanish in the night, just like any life forms in this universe that comes to an end, and there would come a time that our sun can no longer supply as the energy and light we depended on everyday..Yes it would end, but dont you worry it would end us all first with the next generation and the next next generation but not this 2012..but im pretty sure when that time comes all of us human beings are all ready for it...even if scientist turn it to halflife they can never estimate when the world would end!
