Go see a doctor bro thats the best way, Std like Gonorrhea if left untreated will lead to serious problems in your reproductive system and and also fatal. As soon as this will be treated then it will stop the bacteria infecting the rest sa imo reproductive system.

u can always visit the OPDs in certain hospitals, they will triage u appropriately if they have specialists around to take care of u. sa friendly care clinic pwede sad guro...now, first thing to do is accept responsibility and consequence imo doing. dawata na! when u go there, tell MD ur complaint and ask if they can do an STD panel nimo that includes culture and sensing na. better ka consulta ug professional gyud rather than self medicate lang.
