mokaon gyud ko og breakfast kay physical kaayo akoang work. kung dili ko mokaon, walay siguro alas 9 rko kutob..ma knock out ko sa ka gutom.

don't eat breakfast. coffee + bread or hot choco + pancake
I never skip breakfasts. I agree that it's the most important meal of the day.
