Bro. I used to be practicing okinawan shorin ryu under master winnie dela rosa.. but that was long time ago na himsog pa siya. then I shifted to aikido in talamban and its been 5 years na walay praktis I heard na there is a gym in mandaue about wing chun am very much interested of the art. anybody here knows the place? foreigner daw ang sensie
mga boz im looking for a martial arts kanang most on self defense like aikido., cause im sick of tired of always being bullied at school. niwang man gud ko.. nag gym ko sauna pero ni undang ko kay ang mga tao ngadto katawan lang ta... i heard about sa baseline , pero got discourage about it because dili kuno serious ang todlo ngadto, kung sa skwelahan kuno na, madala ra kuno pasar bisag walay to-on... no offense ... I might be wrong sulayi lang ninyo bisag makauyon di mo. anyway could someone point me at the right direction? please...

Well, if you are looking for self defense, then i could help you.....I teach FMA/Ninjutsu which teaches the student, how to improvise and adapt in a fight, it also relays on correct body movement and kyusho so even a little guy (or girl) can take down a larger opponent.....We train all areas of defense like ground fighting, meditation, standing, grappling and weapons....

The Society for the Propagation of Asian Martial Arts is finally in its new home. It will be holding its training sessions at the R Power Taekwondo Gym ( 2nd Floor Grandstand Building, Cebu City Sports Center) starting February 15, 2009. The organization offers training programs on the martial arts of Pencak Silat, Vovinam Vietvodao and Sikaran Arnis. Regular Training sessions for regular members will be on Sundays. The schedule is :
Vovinam 2PM- 3:30PM,
Sikaran 3:30PM- 5PM,
Silat- 5PM- 6:30 PM
Students will have to select any program. Beginners will not be allowed to crosstrain on other courses.
