I am a self diagnosed, bi polar.
I get depressed if dili ko ka-exercise.
Or when I missed a meal.
after the hilak2 mode...
of cors ,i go out with my gurlfriends....shoppping gallore ..hehehe
then coffeee dyun...sa starbucks..hehehe
am still coping up with my depression ryt now ..from a loss of someone dear to us... unsa akong ginabuhat.. keep my mind bz..especially magabii, alas 12 to ala una nako makatulog kay magbasa basa ko til my eyes na gyud ang mosuko. as much as possible i don't want to be alone.....
1. exercise a lot!! as in a lot!
2. be with my support groups - family and friends
3. sleep to keep me thinking things
ako, whenever im depressed, i wanna b alone, minaw music...sahay magnet..dula online games...para makalimot sa blema, sa kasakit nga gebati..ug mga kaligotgot....hehe....sahay pod scribble down ako feelings.....in a way ma relieve ko...adto naku mapagawas ako emotion....
ako magshopping. ug mukaon ug maayu! bahala'g asang restauranta basta ang akong pahimungtan ang plato.
ig abut sa balay mag painting. or mag drawing para marelease ang stress ug mawa and depression.![]()
stay away from the person who cost me so much pain or run away / travel . unwind as much as i can just to forget .................
dvd marathon, watching my favorite series on tv, maski kato karaan na nga " F.R.I.E.N.D.S" and with matching foods like chocolate, yogurt, mango pie sa jollibee, crepe etc...
if dili gani kay magshopping galore with my friends...sometimes kay ipagawas na lang jud ang gibati through my friends...if all else fails, hala matulog na lang ko ana!![]()
