livewire, we do not have Smart right now and we cannot afford to get one just for the purpose. Perhaps you can ask some of your friends who are Globe users to transfer payment thru G-Cash and you just pay them... for now, there is G-Cash, Bank Deposit (Chinabank), deliver it to our office/residence, or join our designated meetings (when there is one). You can also give your forms + ID + payment to Site Keepers if you know some of them.
