    I lost 15 lbs after I stopped myself trying to go on a diet. The more pressure you get in losing weight, the more you gain. I eat 6 times a day but I eat lightly. Never starve yourself since you'll only end up eating a lot during your meal so always eat on time. Lastly, minimize your intake of sweets, however, you can spoil yourself on the weekends.

    the secret is in the water.. ayaw inom ug bugnaw.. pure water ra dapat imnom., no sofdrinks, juice and etc.. thats my secret.. everytime nga pakals or mga unsang occasion.. magdala gyud ko tubig kay mao ra akong beverage..

    Cge rag huna2x tao nga no time to exercise. there is always time. nag tuo cguro sila nga exercising will take long. Well the shorter the duration of your workout/exercise the better. the more intense it will be. 30 minutes is already long for a high intensity workout. agree?!

    comment lang... it's not really good to immediately cut yourself with the foods you're used to kay you may feel deprived or starved. the moment na you cannot fight the urge to eat it (like in your case, it's rice), you will only eat more of it. before you know it, your weight has ballooned.

    anyway, losing 10 pounds in two weeks is pretty dangerous, since the only recommended weight loss (in general) is 1 to 2 pounds per month. However, if you are on the average healthy you can maintain skipping the rice and just drink plenty of fresh vegetable and fruit juices (not the canned ones because they contain sugar). you can make use of blenders or juicers for these. there are also great shake, smoothie, and juice recipes online na.

    I actually lost 4 kilos when I added juices in my meals and when I introduced more vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.
