This is what the Wedding Prelude would like every couple to experience during their wedding day. We shall see to it that every detail will be well taken cared of from the consultation until the unforgettable wedding day. We offer wedding packages designed especially to fit your budget that would guarantee a stress-free, worry-free & hassle-free preparation.
Our certified event manager, Ms. Shirley Grace Ong, after graduating Business Administration at the University of San Carlos went to help manage a business & at the same time found herself coordinating the weddings of her friends. For her, a wedding is not just a one-time event but a special occasion meant to be cherished in the hearts of her clients for a lifetime. Since then, it became her passion to be able to plan & organize events believing also in her heart that her God is a God of order.
Ultimately, fulfilling her passion, she went fulltime as an event coordinator & has been in the industry for almost 8 years now. She has been personally trained by Ms. Rita Neri, an acknowledged pioneer in the wedding industry & has been doing weddings with her team on their destination weddings here in Cebu. She also took up a Professional Events Management training course in Manila to gain more confidence & to further enhance her profession. At present, though specializing in weddings, she does not limit her expertise to that area alone since she also handles corporate events, production & talent management.
Shai, as she is fondly called, is a very resourceful wedding planner. She can recommend a team of suppliers who have the same passion that she has. She can create great & unique ideas thus making a wedding truly a very memorable one. She does not treat her clients as mere clients only but she brings it on to a personal level which puts all of them in a comfortable atmosphere. Her services are very personalized & she sees to it that they have her undivided attention.

FULL PLANNING & COORDINATION (6 months-1 year)
-budget planning
-assists in the conceptualization of a wedding theme or concept
-sources out suppliers for couturier, make-up, photographer, videographer, musicians, emcee, florist, invitations, sound system & mood lightings rental, cakes, give-aways, audio-video presentation, honeymoon packages, etc.
-sets the timeline for the couple
-sets meeting with all suppliers and prepares contract if deal is closed
-unlimited consultation
-event wrap-up
-services under “On-The-Day Coordination” shall apply

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION (1 month)
-follow-up all suppliers to ensure goods/services are delivered on time
-reviews contract of suppliers, scheduling of appointments if needed
-coordinates the wedding entourage for rehearsal & actual ceremony processional
-instructs all participants of roles & responsibilities
-a day before the event, WP will check all things needed for the wedding day
-time management during the wedding day
-personally checks on the bride in her hotel room/residence for any need/concern
-coordinates with the emcee for the reception program flow
-directs the whole church ceremony & reception program flow
-turn-over of supplier’s payments

yes. It's one of the most heavenly settings for your reception. I have hosted many/several weddings there and it is just nice. no where close to a city wedding...a wedding up the hills is just breathtaking!
