si premne is the one responsible for Mandaue's low crime volume. he is a good police officer.

ualat murag na insecure ni premne and he helped the IrO of Mandaue to transfer premne out of our city.

according to my sources when ualat took over as chief of police mahal pa ang shabu in Mandaue. after a few weeks ni daghan ug ni barato ang shabu sa ato. then, according to another very reliable source ualat brought in to our city police officers who had derogatory records and notorious for making money with their arrests for shabu.

ualat is also not helpful with the mayor's drive against dispatchers sa ato
