At least we're earning more than what you might be earning right now.Ya. maybe its pressure and tiring but hey a lot of us already a long time here dude. So don't be rude. Peace.

i just find it fun working in a call center.. especially if ang akong kauban masuko na, kami tanan makamata gyud.. irate agent nga pang icebreaker..

ako it's my first time to work in a call-center.. in PS now Aegis Peoplesupport..

depende mana sa account kung asa ka natugpa..

account: travel - lingaw kaau! super. cust svc man ko..we're actually called EXECUTIVE sa ps not eRep. sahay mo-book ug flight, hotel, car/rail/ shuttle service, tours, theatre plays nga reservations. pero sa sales na xa nga trabaho ha sahay lang makabuhat ko ana kung irate ang customer nya mo-insist jud. pero akong work jud kay ang pag-assist sa mga callers let's say kanang na-cancel ila flight, or fully-booked diay ang hotel..etc

workplace: ok lang kaau ang workplace or environment.. xempre tugnaw kay full-blast jud ang AC so you have to bring jud your jacket..and if you want u can bring your spill-proof mug para maka-coffee ka para mainitan pud ka. ang uban gani magdala jud ug thermal blanket para bukot while take sa call..haha

benefits: naa ka 20 PTO kung regular naka.. 20 paid time offs. kung mo-absent ka paid japon pero 20 ra kabuok allowed in one yr. then libre and coffee/water sa office. naa pa sleeping lounge kung gusto ka matulog. naa pa locker para bilinan sa imo mga things.

salary: for me nga 1st time nakasulod ug work dili kaau jud dako ang sweldo. for those naa nay experience sa call center dako2 jud..pero ako sweldo every 15days kay more or less 8k..not bad though.

work: dapat mo-adjust jud ka labi na wa ka na-anad istorya ug english taga-adlaw and then lisud jud pud ug handle ug irate nga callers..

teammates/supe/tm: ok kaau ako teammates, supe and tm..y problema.

im happy with my work right now. depende ra jud kung ganahan ka sa imo account o dili.

it's a bit tiresome. doing same routine every shift. but for as long as i get my pay every payday. walay blema....

you do the same things over and over again...
but it's so exciting! ^_^ you get to talk to different kinds of people..

at first stressful kaayo.. kinto pa tingali makabuhat og sayop, daghan kaayog butang dad.on, usahay mag back pack pa, save save sad pili og barato nga resto, sigeg unwind, inom, etc... pero soon malingaw naka, chicken na kaayo ang work, "NO SWEAT" na ang mga issues, dukaon naka pirmi, hehe sige pajud kaon, as in daghan kog snacks dad,on. =D

daghan kaayo kog gigunitan nga accounts. Chicken na kaayo nako ron.. hehe sauna dollars akong incentives karon gistop na kay sobra na kaayo akong salary.hehe
dili nako agent.. nagtrain og nana koy akoa jud nga team. Mas stressful pero ok kaayo. Mas challenging mas ok mas dako pa ang salary. haha!
