Attacks have gone too personal already. Wala pa siguro ni nabantayan sa mods but just one "report post" click and most likely a few will get warnings or infractions. or ma lock ni na thread, unfair sa TS.

going AWOL on any company can get you BLACKLISTED everywhere else. its better to resign jud properly, bahala na ug immediate resignation.
no matter how good the company is, there's always mistakes coz people ra man gyapon ang nag run sa company. so if you feel that a wrong has been done, ask questions and fight for it, instead of silently complaining and running away coz if you do... WALAY MAHITABO!
