I don't know the full story ani but using Sherlock's Science of Deduction,

• Driver of the Altis is at fault because he was NOT on the right lane. And judging sa nawng sa usa sa passenger sa Altis nga murag walay nahitabo suggest nga sila ang sad'an. You know ngisi mode(pakita ngipon/ guilty) basta nakasala.
• Judging the motor's trajectory and fall, Minimal damage else you will not see the motor in that picture's angle. And the fact ang front ligid sa motor is close to walay damage. Naay bangga for sure else dili na ma news. Hmm tatsa ra gamay sa auto ug some pain sa driver sa motor.
• Ang driver sa motor ang kanang nag duko, probably wearing a jacket, ug naay purong. Typical sa usa ka motor driver outfit.
• Most probable is walay helmet ang nag motor kay ug naa pa, makita unta nato nga iyang gikuptan. Maski paman siguro ug gatalikod ng driver sa motor ug nag gunit man gani na siya ug helmet dili ingon ana iyang position. It is unlikely nga naa siyay helmet pero wala niya kuhaa. Dako ug chance nga walay helmet. OR naay kauban ang gamotor unya maoy gakupot sa helmet.
• It was cloudy at the time of the accident based on the car window's reflection.

The question now is: Why the accident?

Possible scenario 1(using 2009 map from Google): The driver of Altis was beating the red light(AFAIK naay stop light diha dapita) hence overtaking. Based sa picture, the Altis driver tried to swerve right to avoid head-on collision.

• Motorcycle is in FULL STOP,
• If the motor is on the yellow line, he can easily avoid the car. A lot of time to react.
• If the motor is on the blue line, he can easily spot the overtaking car. A lot of time to react.
  
  Motorcycle at 40 km/hr and sees the green light (NON-STOP)
• If the motor is on the yellow line, he can easily avoid the car. A lot of time to react.
• If the motor is on the blue line, he did see the incoming car but was not fast enough to avoid it. But fast enough to at least brake. The Altis driver saw the incoming motorcycle and tried to swerve right to avoid collision. But ni brake kay naigo naman ang motor else padayon dagan ang Altis.

Possible scenario 2(using 2009 map from Google): Both the driver of Altis and motorcycle were beating the red light.

• Ni overtake ang auto(red arrow) samtang ang motor(yellow arrow) nag padung pud.
• One factor is the blind curve of the motorcyle's point of view(POV).
