assuming one meal ra na.. if mo kaon 3x a day kani ra kanon.. that's 3027.. on a 2000 calorie diet+light activity and like to loose weight, i don't think it will work.. because there's and extra of 1000 calories that will be stored as fat for extra energy and 1lbs of fat is stored at 3500 calories so more or less in 4 days that's 1lb... maybe just maybe.. cardio might help...
