i also had a personal discovery just last weekend lang..maka-duka man diay ning sibuyas bombay.i found out nga grabe ko kaduka after eating pizza..kana sad after ko mukaon ug pungko2x nga daghan bombay duka on sad ko..i think sibuyas dahunan gives a drowsy feeling too...pero sa ako lang pud ni nga experience ha.

I am working online and usually been up most of the nights. And numerous working nights made me feel sick. I wanted to sleep, kaso, I can't sleep, ending up my mind wanders while I am closing my eyes. And that's not considered real sleep. I can even stay awake until noon time the next day. I am sure this is not good, what's the best way to conquer insomnia?
Any help? Suggestions pls
Sleeping pills?? Have you tried Melatonin? It helps, no side effects. Take it 1 hour before bedtime, but never take more than 3mg. :mrgreen:
