we've been in a long distance relationship for almost 7 years now. it's not easy nor nice. though, i should say, it's not a bed of thorns either. maybe the only thing that holds us together is the fact that we do love each other very much and that we have plans. having goals and believing that we would soon be together is something to look forward to.

and oh! by the way, it gives us a thrill everytime we see each other again. we consider our distance a spice to our relationship. discovering new things in each other every now and then.


It's always a choice.

yep i agree with u.. same with me.. we have plans and looking forward on it. we are seeing each next month.. im quite excited about it. Trust, love and faith in God is our foundation too..

I have ended a 16-month LDR but I have also entered into another one. I don't know why but this kind of relationship keeps me hoping on more things.

It is a blessing for you to have been able to face all the temptations of a Long Distance Relationship. I think the secret of a successful LDR is sacrifice, great big sacrifice. Even sacrificing love, because how can you love somebody very far from you. You can't serve the person who is very far from you. You show your love by the sacrifices that you have made.
