What are they doing there?
I was having a roving in Skyrise 3 Building 15th floor, because i was assigned as MOD or Manager on Duty.. When I arrived at 15th floor, all lights were turn-off, because in the SOP it must be turned on. So I turn on the lights. I proceed to the rooftop to checked but no one is there. When I came back a few minutes, a male 7 S Utility personnel came from the remote areas of 15th floor going to the elevator door. I noticed that there is another personnel hiding at the back of the column of the building. It's a female 7 S Utility personnel, that it seems that she don't want someone will see her.
So I called up the roving guard to ask assistance using RDO, so the female came out, and asking me.
"Sir kanus-a diay ni mag operational ang 15th floor"? So I replied, wala diay ka kahibalo. nga naa man ka sa Qualfon nag work? I know her purpose is to change my attentions.
My question is:
Why did the two 7 S personnel turned off the lights?
What they do in 15th floor?
Im just sharing this, I don't want same incident happen again.. Do things in the right place..
The names of the two personnel were confidential...
