as far as stats are concerned, GS is becoming what is expected of him, a near triple double is a very gallant effort.
As for the USJR Jaguars, they ain't invincible after all, kaya ra diay ni sila sa USC Warriors,as long as di ma agent zero si Emel Rowe and Bogs Llanto delivers..agree ka bai Thadz? =)
actually, even na zero si Rowe last game, they had all the chances in the world to win that game in regulation, 2 fastbreak layup misses in the 4th quarter, 3 bungled free throws, what else can you ask for?
It's not about Rowe scoring zero, it's about the team playing as a unit and not as individuals..Last game, ambot na lang, pwerting kataga, wala jud leader on the court who can keep the team together, someone like a Niņo Ramirez persona.
Di sad ta ka blame nga tungod lang sa bad shooting night. USC shot 26% from the field that night. SWU didn't do much better either at 28%. But the Cobras responded better as a team.
If any, the Warriors should learn from that game that this is an open season and that they have to get their acts together as a team, trust the system(wa jud ni nila buhata last time), and not to back down from physical play. We all know the Warriors can be successful if they only keep to the system, no matter ma zero pa na ila stars, if they just stick to what they do best(that is team play), they can still find ways to win
