I went to apply last night. Okay ra man ang hiring process. I did the whole thing in one night. I even had the final interview with the client. The lady said I'll be informed on Thursday if it's a go or no. I applied for the content writer position. Gonna write daw about financial stuff.

Aw, no dress code diay. Payter kaayo. Hilom ang floor. Everyone has their own cubicle.

sa client interview kapasar ko ana sila tawagan kong when ko mag start

about nalang 6 months wala gihapon - bati ni sila

sure ka kapasar ka? ur d 1st ng ingun nga nkapasar ka sa client interview dn no kol or any feedback after that...or maybe ur juz misinterpreted everything or wa lng ka kasabut unsay g.ingun..mbe ng ingun ra nga we'll juz kol u watever d result may be...

yeah...dli jd nndut ni nga company compared to other big call centers coz we cater small businesses or 1 agent per account bt naa sd uban dri nga daku2 na sd nga account and stable..and it only depends sa client if hatagan ba ug bonus or wla ky naa jd dri daku jd cla ug commission i.times 4 ang basic pay....bt naa sd uban like our account wla jd bonus/commission bt it's still ok as long as naa mi work kysa wala...

@shebacs..kaw tong ng pm nko noh?..anyway wer still hiring for an agent here bt i tell u daan knahanglan jd ug patience if mg apply ka dri ky abtan jd ug kadlawn if u'l be lined up 4 client intervw sometimes early ang client intervw and der are times na dugay sd jd coz it'll depend on the clients time or wenever cya available to conduct an intervw...in my case b4 abtan jd ko 3am ug hnuwat...

@twentyone: btaw, tnuod jud na nga ingon sila u passed then they will call you for how many days after then wla diay..(it happened to my friend) they will just give you "false hopes"..so ok ra na dghan jd ayo mo na biktima ana ilang style!

and to those who r still working in SS,well, mka ingon pa mo nga nice pro someday, byaan ra jd mo nila murag basura! mag char2x pana sila ug ingon nga "we will surely find a client for you, don't worry..and etc" i've been there so i have basis..

anyways, im a former employee of SS, and dili lng diay ako, ako sis, ako classmates, and ako close friends, and trust me, yaw nlng jd mo apply dha..swear to GOD ma disappoint lng jd mo..true nga less hassle ila work, and i really loved it before pro later on you will realize nga bati jd kaayo ang SS! super! cross my finger!! wla mo padulngan kung mo apply mo ddto..find another one nlng jd..

that's ur opinion...bsan ako dli mn ko kaingun nga nndut jd ilang system bt as of now they're doing some things and change some rules....every company has it's own flaws...

well, sorry but i think you wronged me for somebody else..anyways, naa pd ka point na every company has its own flaws pro dghan nman gd kaayo flaws ang SS then dghan pa issues sa mga admins and even the CEO itself. well, it's good if they are doing something and hopefully they can do everything right pra dli ma affected ang employees..

anyways, ok ra na bsta i just wanted to share my own point of view about sa company..this is what this thread is all about mn sd dba?
