Technology level feedback:
JPMC and Lear implement different technologies to service their clients. Let us not forget that every technology implementation has to be dependent on the requirements of the company and their customers. So why change when it's not a requirement?
Salaries:
Is there really a need to compare rates? What will it prove? That someone is better than the other just because he is getting a higher pay or vice versa? I mean we can always inject that topic here but we can do it in a healthier manner correct?
BTW, what training certifications can Lear offer for those interested?
