    initially, sa language training (w/c is called DIET: Diction, Intonation and Enunciation Training) mao jud na. it was P150 katong amo batch. if you certify out of DIET in less than 5 days, you get P5,000 non-taxable 2 mondays after. ig PST na ninyo, they wont give P150 daily na. silbi tingob na, murag sweldo. until you get your cash cards na na...i cant remember how the calculation goes but its not just the P100 or P150 a day, so you'll be getting more pero not as much as the agents who are in production.

    as for overtime, you are eligible to do overtime once you hit academy bay w/c is two weeks after OJT. OJT is the first two weeks after PST-->w/c btw lasts for 3 weeks by the way. rate is P200 per hour, non-taxable sad na. pero last i checked ga-regulate sila ug overtime slots kay overstaffed kaau ron. pero naa ghapon OT every now and then.

    no because workload is not so bad despite the hours. and besides like i said other call centers have 40hrs but that's excluding lunch break. if u include it that makes it 45hr work week. in short. 30 mins a day lng difference

    i'm not clear about our laws. but i do remember something about 5days work week on shifting schedule. however i'm not sure if that means 40hr work weeks or 48hr work weeks. and besides not all companies follow that. call center ppl usually have 45hrs including their lunch break and a maximum of 11 days work in a 15day pay period. ppl in medical field if i rmember correctly has a maximum of 3 rest days in a 15 day period (yea they work only 8 hrs per shift). hotel employees work 8hr shifts too but they also work 6days a week. same story. at least we are getting paid way way way way higher than these ppl. so stop complaining.

    they're not gonna pay you well! believe me.they fired me and never got paid with the last 15 cutoff and the OT hours i've worked for. for God sake! this company is exploiting people. i wish i could complaint to DOLE but i don't want hassle. I swear to GOD, and HE knows it! KARMA nalang gyud anang EMAX!
