Islam is not a religion of peace, fundamentally. Yes, it may contain verses that may make it seem peaceful, but there are many verses that contain violence. ISIS are definitely the true islamists, however there are nominative muslims, meaning they really dont read everything in the Qur'an, like many nominative christians. Christianity is also not a religion of peace, fundamentally.
