Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

i somewhat agree with the administrator because there are some members here that sells things and when many people get interested on the ones they are selling they just dont reply anymore.it defeats the purpose of posting.

i thought it should not be like this.. supposedly newbies should enjoy also maybe not the same capacity as other higher rank members enjoyed with regards to posting on buy and sell. in some ways there are newbies just wanted to help or in a pretty good faith just wanted to transact purely business like me. i think that "posting" privilege should not be locked-out, instead just give a maximum allowance for posting since every newbie will not do lots of business transaction, in case if they do great business, then i think they can pay for the membership right? i want this istorya.net to grow more as it helps me a lot, thanks to the administrators and webmasters of this site.........

ei modz...ive been here murag dugay2x na sad...but until now newbie pa man tawn ko oi...dili japon ko ka make new thread sa buy and selll section...unsaon man nako ni? cge lang ko sakay sa uban....sorry newbie here.

first of all bago lang me dito sa storya, thankful ako kay lingaw pod ko pro sana allow us to reply post lalo na sa buy/sell e.g. real estate coz i want to ask details pud esp sa fs na h/l, but i support to limit posts sa mga newbie esp. buy n sell kay wala man gud tay gurantee lalo na sa mga seller na scam diay, buyer ok lang kay ingon man ana jud ang buyer if not interested dli na lang rply wla man wala sa seller. . . thanx sana i contributed sa discussions more power !
