here is the requirements:

1. money
2. identification card
3. fill up the LTO form & submit it.
wait until your name is called
4. "Do It Yourself" lang aron makat-on ka, usually it would take half-day depending on the number of applicants.

NOTE: drug test here is not needed for student permit applicant

hey guys,

i just got my non-pro license renewed at SM today. It took no longer than 2 hrs to process them there. Walay fixer, walay binuang, aircon pa gyud. That's the beauty of their LTO-IT system.

akong nagasto sa license:

license fee - 350.00
penalty late renewal - 75.00
computer fee - 67.63
TOTAL - 492.63

what i frowned a bit lng is the increase of the fee of the drug testing from the private company. Imagine 400 pesos na. Basin madugay mas mahal pa ni cla kaysa sa lisensya mismo.

ni start ko linya ko 930am.... nibayad ko sa g lalisan na computer fee... i thot i shud be done before lunch BUT...............
gpabalik ko 1pm kai........... "naguba daw ila computer"

mga bro. kani ang klarong pangwarta. ang STUDENT'S PERMIT. ngano 300 plus man. to think after 1 month u can already change it to NON-PRO or PROF. klaro kau money making jud. nag renew ko license last october. i only paid for the renewal 277.00 and 000 for the drug test. wala kaabot ug 500.00 ang ako gasto. and here comes the S.P MOABOT HINOUN UG 300.0. o'cmn

mao na ang uban mangita nalang ug kaila or kaila nga naay kaila sa lto para mo diritso na ug license di na moagi ug student. tag 75 raman unta na sa una ang student permit

Wa man gyud ilisi or gi upgrade ba aron mo paspas ang pag renew or pagkuha sa license...

or basin dili na anggay e upgrade ang computer ang user maoy e upgrade og batan on kay tiguwang na man gud nang operator...

I think it doesn't hurt much our pockets...it's three years for crying out loud!wa nalang kwenta ang LTO registration, annual at 169.03...
