If you are having doubts, go with the Haswell. Theres just no price for feeling better from buying the best you can afford. (though unnecessary) And you can experience first hand why we say so.

^ certified kaayo bro... gamay ra kaon nang haswell since its is a 22 nm process... any PSU can support haswell and its components... even those 70% efficient ones or the generic ones...
ang dako kaayo'g kaon sa kuryente sa system kay ang GPU... labi na, ang previous generations... once mag full load sya'g graphics...
